2011 - 2012 Interim Professor for Constitutional and Administrative Law, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

2007 - 2012 International Scholar (Resource Fellow) in the Academic Fellowship Program of the Open Society Institute, Budapest: providing consulting services and training to lecturers of Eastern European universities on the modernization of teaching methods and curriculum reform.
